Our commitment to our customers
We pride ourselves on providing the best customer service. Our staff are friendly, professional and helpful, and they all love nothing more than leaving their customers smiling, knowing they’ve done a great job.
All Moe’s staff hold accredited Allergy Awareness and Food Hygiene and Safety qualifications, renewed on an annual basis. Having a child with coeliac disease, the owners Claire and Met fully appreciate the importance of allergy awareness and the risks posed by cross contamination.
It is important to us that no one feels excluded because of their dietary needs or preferences. Because of this we work hard to ensure that our vans are stocked with delicious treats which are not only safe but taste great too, to suit those with all dietary requirements. And we don’t forget any member of the family – even our furry friends can enjoy a doggie ice cream!
Staff wear the recognisable Moe’s uniform whenever they are in one of the vans as we take pride and care in the presentation of ourselves as well as our vans.
Giving back is important to all of us at Moe’s and we love supporting local communities and charities.
For 2023-2024, we will be supporting the charity Action for A-T through Mollie’s Miracle – Living with Ataxia Telangiectasia. Mollie is a very brave and courageous young girl who we are privileged to be friends with. A-T is a rare, degenerative condition that affects many different parts of the body and generally appears in early childhood. There is currently no treatment or cure, but we hope that we can help raise awareness and funds to help children like Mollie stand a better chance in the fight against this cruel disease. Look out for more details here and on our social media.
