Moe’s are eco-conscious

Environmental responsibility is taken very seriously at Moe’s. Which is why we made some significant changes to the way things were done from the very first year we were in business. Back then, it was even more expensive and difficult to source products which helped us care for the environment but we were committed to this then and remain so today.

We only use compostable cups for knickerbockers, edible wafer boats and compostable spoons. Our paper ice cream tubs are lined with plant-based, biodegradable liners instead of plastic.

Moe’s vans are fitted with equipment to allow plug-in to a mains electrical supply, which minimises not only air pollution, but also noise at events.

Without compromising the quality of products, we shop local where possible and always support other small businesses.

Not only do we buy recycled consumables, but any waste produced is carefully managed and everything possible is reused or recycled.
